Lost one of your earbuds? No problem! Here you can reorder the individual components. Please make sure you choose the right side and color.

The earbud comes with new ear tips. (S,M,L)

Pairing Info:

Delete all previous AIR+ (2nd Gen) Bluetooth connections in your settings.

Store both earbuds in the case, press twice briefly, and then
press and hold the function button until the LED flashes (setup mode). 

If this does not work the first time, please close the case and try again afterwards.
