Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in the EU
Consumers residing in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our electronic withdrawal process:
After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire:
- Fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods;
- In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last item;
- In the case of a contract relating to the delivery of goods consisting of multiple shipments or pieces, fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last shipment or piece.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The seller bears the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, Little Bird ApS offers all customers a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from Libratone.shop. Therefore, you may open the packaging and test our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a Little Bird product, you may return it to Little Bird within 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you, provided that the product is returned in its complete original condition — meaning clean, free from signs of use, and including all accessories.
If these conditions are met, Little Bird will refund the full purchase price of the returned product.
Return Process
1. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in the condition in which they were received (clean and free from signs of use).
All accessories included with the product, such as chargers, cables, replacement earbuds, and similar items, must also be returned.
2. Request a Return Label
Returns are free of charge for orders with a total order value of EUR 50 or more.
For orders with a total order value below EUR 50, a return handling fee will apply. The return fee corresponds to the standard shipping cost and will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return is due to a defective product, an incorrectly delivered item, or an error on our part, the return is always free of charge regardless of the order value. The item will be inspected upon receipt.
Please email us at libratone@xmodus-systems.de with your order number and purchase date. Within 1–2 business days, you will receive an email containing further instructions and a prepaid return label.
3. Packaging Your Return
Place the product in its original packaging and then in a sturdy shipping box (we recommend reusing the original shipping carton).
Attach the printed return label securely and visibly to the outside of the package.
4. Liability During Return Shipping
When shipping a product, Little Bird accepts no responsibility for transit damage.
No compensation will be provided for items lost during transport.
Please always use the prepaid return label provided.
5. Return Address
Packages must be sent directly to our warehouse and only using the provided prepaid return label.
Collection from parcel shops or pickup points is not possible.
6. Refund Process
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the condition of the goods before processing your refund.
Return processing takes approximately 5–10 business days from receipt of the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Libratone.shop does not offer product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return your order in accordance with the return conditions above and place a new order.
