Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from Libratone. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect our products as you would in a physical store.
If you are unhappy with your Libratone product for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date it was dispatched to you, provided it is returned in complete and original condition, clean, without any traces of use, and with all accessories included.

f the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the loss in value. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
When these conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the returned product.

Return process:

1. Condition of Returned Items
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them (clean, no traces of usage). All accessories inside the product packaging such as chargers, cables, spare earbuds etc. that were shipped with the purchased order need to be returned as well.

2. Request a return label

  • For orders with a total order value of EUR 50 or more, returns are free of charge.

  • For orders with a total order value of less than EUR 50, a return handling fee will be charged. The return fee corresponds to the standard shipping costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the return is due to a defective product, a wrong item delivered, or an error on our part, the return will always be free of charge, regardless of order value. Item will be inspected upon return. 

Please email us at libratone@xmodus-systems.de with your order number and purchase date. You will receive an email with instructions and a return label within 1–2 working days. 

3. Packaging for Returns
Place the product in its original packaging and then inside a cardboard shipping box (we recommend reusing the original shipping carton). Attach the printed return label to the outside of the parcel.

4. Liability During Return Shipping
If you ship a product, Little Bird is not liable for any damage caused during transit. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated. Please always use the provided free return label.

5. Where to Send Returns
Packages must be shipped directly to our warehouse using the free return label. We cannot collect packages from postal shops.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect its condition before processing the refund.
Handling time for returns is up to 5–10 business days from receipt. Refunds will be made using your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 

Exchange of products

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it in accordance with the policy above and place a new order.
